Delivery
We will send you your occasion treats FREE within 3 days of payment, special custom orders will be hand made and dispatched within 7 days. Everything is sent Free by Royal Mail First Class . Once you receive your confirmation dispatch email your treats should be with you within 48 hours. If you would like your package sent recorded or next day delivery please contact us and we will let you know the cost. Your Arty & Bella occasion treats will arrive beautifully packaged with our love......ready to wear with love....
Returns
We want you to be delighted with your occasion treats, if for any reason you are not entirely happy please return unused items within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Please make sure you ask for proof of postage from the post office for your returned item as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged on the way back to us. Returned postage charges will only be refunded if the item is faulty. Please contact us immediately in the very unlikely event of receiving a faulty item so that we can send you a replacement straightaway. Please note bespoke orders cannot be returned unless faulty.
